Price policy
The Company reserves the right to modify prices before accepting an order. Paid account. Please note that by upgrading your free account you will gain access to paid features, thereby converting your account to a "paid account". The paid account will remain in effect until you choose to cancel your account or terminate it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Once you upgrade to a paid account, you will be automatically charged on the date you convert your account and at each subsequent renewal (whether monthly or annual). We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused subscription period. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable taxes and we will deduct them from your fees. Cancellation will be effective the day after the end of the current subscription period and you will be downgraded to the free version of the service. No refunds or credits are available for partial subscription periods.
Ordering Fees. In exchange for the services provided, you must pay the non-refundable subscription fees specified in the subscription plan. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processing service and additional terms may apply. We reserve the right to use other third-party payment processing services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, non-cancelable and exclude taxes. We may charge in the future for features or use that are currently free. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in limited or no access to the Services.
Probation. AI Summary Duck may offer a free trial period for evaluation before charging a subscription fee. However, during the trial period, AI Summary Duck and its affiliates do not provide any guarantee, compensation, support or other obligations or liabilities. AI Summary Duck reserves the right to terminate the trial period at any time and for any reason.
Third party services
AI Summary Duck uses ChatGPT's API, and AI Summary Duck may also use other third-party services. Users should review the terms of use of these services to understand how they collect and use user data.
